In January of 2010, Joe Hurston received a phone call from long time friend and partner in ministry Barbara Walker.  She called Joe for help as the ground began to shake beneath her.  Safe in Florida, Joe could hear the beginnings of what was to be one the most devastating natural disasters of our time.  Within hours, Joe assembled a team and had the first private plane touch down in Haiti.  He decided to start a blog to document this mission and has been diligent to blog every day since the earthquake.
